I am a 🌎Planet Citizen, ❤️People Person, 🧠Creative Thinker, 🎯DOER , 🛠️ Problem-Solver and ⚡️Strategist. I believe in the power of strategic thinking, creative systems & humanised management as the best way to develop better for-profit and nonprofit organisations for the 🌎

With a diverse background in leadership roles, formulating strategies became second nature to me eventually.

 

Delivering systematic impact and sustainable growth require intention, speed collaboration and well-thought-out planning in an environment of constant change, climate urgency and societal challenges. I am a results-oriented and innovative strategy & transformation manager, deeply passionate about achieving tangible and systematic impact as well as fostering sustainable development amidst ever-evolving and complex organisational environments.

Over the past two years, I immersed myself in the frameworks used by companies like Google and Lego. During this time, I also guided the delivery of the discovery phase of two tech projects from former Microsoft entrepreneurs. These experiences expanded my mindset and skills on strategic planning and strategic management.

My biggest takeaway? I learned that the success of strategies hinge on our ability to execute them. Our strategies are only as strong as our capacity to guide teams in efficiently and effectively achieving their objectives.

My mission? To equip teams with the right insights, mindsets, tools, processes & systems that make them smarter, more creative, more productive and braver.

I integrate forward-thinking methodologies, adaptive approaches and innovative tools to catalyse positive change whilst delivering results through creative solutions.

 

This drive led me to establish Menu for Success, a dynamic Strategic Planning and Transformation consultancy where I apply a diverse skill set to empower organisations and drive impactful outcomes; because when organisations operate more efficiently, decisions made with greater strategic planning benefits everyone — stakeholders, teams, customers, beneficiaries, families, society and, ultimately, the planet.

My Approach

I take an adaptive approach to Strategic Planning. There are many great frameworks and tools out there. Data can be sourced in abundance.

 

My job is to select the finest ingredients, employ the best tools and combine the right recipes to help teams bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be with clarity, agility and joy!
